What is an experience you've had with a shifty motherfucker?

I deal with shifty cats all the time. Being a musician, you cant escape it. I wont go into great detail, but for years, I’ve worked with someone who I would die for. Only to find out years later, that this person was stealing money and ideas from me the whole time. Even lied on me to keep himself from getting hurt and possibly killed.
