I am slightly opposite of you; I've limited my availability over the past few years. I am no longer reachable by telephone to many outside of my main family network; texting and IM is my preferable mode of communication. I hope that doesn't make me a bad friend...it's just i've gotten hooked on the advantages of communicating this way. By necessity, this means if you don't have access to texting and IM, then i guess you don't have...access to me.
