1st thoughts: twitter not upholding TOS, tumblr dreams, john mccain; die already.

i decided to record mi 1st thoughts upon waking up to utterz. i usually wakeup and read mi daily feeds, new followers and friendfeed via email from mi blackjackII. some innnnnteresting stuff this mornin folks.
one of the topics is one of mi favorite utilities; twitter. mi friendfeed caught something rather interesting, which you can read about here. there is also an update here (via arielwaldman.com).
Not a good move, twitter. after defending you so - this is not a good thang to hear that you refuse to do something about the haters….*tisk tisk*
in this medium of social networking, you KNOW haters and spammers are going to flock to anything BIG. dont let haters do their thing. haters can be GOOD and BAD for our reputations, but lets not encorage them!!!

Um… Twitter sure seems to be having their fare share of issues the past two weeks. First the slowdowns, the MySQL db hangs, the outages, and now legal/TOS shit? Man… That fool would’ve been banned to fuck had I been in Jack’s place. Then again, I can see not wanting to set that sort of precedent… And this coming from one of K-Rose/Burk-meister’s cronies, the community manager for Pownce, I’m not really sure this is an isolated incident, or a drive to get more users over to Pownce through some indecent and immoral tactics. Don’t get me wrong, I love Kevin Rose and Dan Burka, and Pownce is cool (albeit a bit odd–as is Burka), but this had better be based 10000% on valid non-Pownce related issues.
